Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

JelliExotic reserves the right to investigate and report any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false claims of non-delivery, false damage claims, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment disputes, or attempts to obtain products without payment.

By placing an order, customers agree that any fraudulent claims or disputes may be challenged using available evidence, including order records, shipping confirmations, delivery scans, tracking information, photographs, customer communications, and other supporting documentation.

JelliExotic reserves the right to refuse service, cancel future orders, and pursue all available legal remedies in cases involving fraud, theft, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful activity.

Any intentionally false claims submitted for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions, payment processors, shipping carriers, and law enforcement agencies when applicable.
