Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JelliExotic, we take pride in creating quality cosmetic and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all cosmetic, skincare, lip care, body care, candles, and personal care products sold by JelliExotic.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at JelliExotic@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
In some cases, we may not require the damaged product to be returned. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, JelliExotic may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
If a return is requested , the customer will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from any approved refund.
Items reported after the 3-day inspection period may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Lip glosses
- Lip care products
- Body butters
- Body washes
- Skincare products
- Beauty products
- Candles
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds:
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
