All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. JelliExotic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, JelliExotic is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact JelliExotic@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

- Holidays

- Any Shipping aspects Once the package as been dropped off to the post office
